EquipmentParking locations for trucks (onsite or is secure parking location needed): Onsite at York terminal, off-site yards or safe and legal parking that must be approved. Truck & trailer must stay connected when parked at a safe and legal location.

Hiring areaHiring within a 50 mile radius of York, PA & Baltimore, MD.

The drivers work week is planned for 5.5 days. Typically, they will pick up in the York, PA/Baltimore, MD areas. Our primary customer is Ollies. Loads are preloaded to pick up at the Ollies York DC and they are delivered directly to Ollies stores. The drivers are planned to arrive to the store the day before the delivery, or nearby truck stop pending their HOS, to complete their 10 hr rest break and have a fresh clock once the delivery is completed. After the delivery, they will pick up a backhaul to deliver back into the York, PA/Baltimore, MD areas. Ideally, the driver will complete 2.5-3 to

Good to know

All no touch freight, ability to overnight at Ollies stores, regional position but home every weekend to enjoy a great work/life balance, experienced Operations team that cares about our drivers and most importantly their safety.

Keep in mind: If they are unsafe and not following D&R policy’s and procedures, they have a “I don’t care” attitude, have poor communication & attendance, they are not a team player, they over sleep and constantly are late for pick ups and deliveries.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
At least 21 years old
Current DOT medical card and a clean drug screen
Driving record: no more than 2 in the past 3 years
