Why drivers like this job
- Paid orientation – Current amount confirmed in writing before you apply
- Home weekly – Predictable home time you can plan around
The job
Drivers typically arrive at the plant on Sunday evening or Monday morning to receive their first trip of the week. Backhauls usually head towards Big Island and are currently live unloads; however, we are working towards converting these to drop and hooks. After completing your first load of the week, your next load should already be dispatched to you. Drivers normally run 4-5 loads a week and will return to their domicile late Friday evening or early Saturday morning
Good to know
- Repeat customers. Easy to plan the routes.
Keep in mind: If they are unsafe, late to work, late for deliveries, untrustworthy, have poor communication, are undependable and have a bad attitude.
