Where loads goThe Flex driver position on our Dedicated the customer Account is designed for drivers who value variety and flexibility rather than running the same route every day. Flex drivers are a vital part of the operation, providing coverage for vacations, absences, and other staffing needs across multiple routes and schedules. This role is best suited for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and enjoy learning new routes while serving as a key support resource for the team.
ScheduleFlex drivers can expect to operate team routes approximately 75% of the time. Team routes typically cover 800–1,000 miles per day, with departures around 10:00 PM and returns to Valdosta at approximately 6:00 PM the following day.
MilesWhen assigned to solo or local routes, drivers can expect to run 500 miles per day. These routes generally depart around 11:00 PM and return at approximately 1:00 PM the following day.
Equipment2023-2026 Freightliner – Automatic Transmission – With Pre-Pass and EZ Pass (48’ Dry Van with lift gates)
Hiring area50-mile radius of Valdosta GA
Good to know
- Both day and night driving but mainly night driving
- Solo and team driving (will be teaming 75% of the time)
- No pets and/or passengers on the customer accounts

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6+ months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- At least 21 years old
- Current DOT medical card and a clean drug screen
- Driving record: no more than 3 moving citations within the past 3 years
- 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experiences (tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships)
- Drivers must be willing to run both solo and team (teaming 75% of the time)
