By using our website, lead forms or recruiting services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are and what we do

Better Today LLC ("Better Today," "we," "us") is an independent driver recruiting company. We talk with commercial drivers about what they want in a job and introduce them to trucking companies ("carriers") that are hiring. We are not a carrier and we are not your employer.

2. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive a job offer, an interview, a particular rate of pay, a bonus, a schedule or a start date. Carriers alone decide whom to hire and on what terms. Information about jobs, pay, bonuses, home time and requirements comes from carriers, varies by carrier and location, and can change without notice. Any pay or bonus figure shown is an average or a maximum ("up to"), not a promise of what you will earn.

3. Our service is paid by carriers

Drivers are never charged by Better Today. We will never ask you to pay a fee to work with us. If anyone claiming to represent Better Today asks you for money, do not pay and tell us at the contact details below.

4. Your information and consent

You agree to give us accurate and complete information. By submitting a form or contacting us, you authorize us to call, text and email you about driving jobs (see our SMS Terms) and to share your information with the carriers you agree to be introduced to, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by telling us or replying STOP to a text.

5. Applying to carriers

When we introduce you to a carrier, you apply directly with that carrier and its requirements apply to you, for example a valid CDL, DOT medical card, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle record review. We are not responsible for a carrier's decisions, statements, policies or conduct.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to give false information or impersonate anyone, scrape, copy or resell our content or data, interfere with our website or systems, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The content of our website and materials, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Better Today LLC or its licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Better Today LLC and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost wages, lost opportunities or lost profits, arising from your use of our services or from any carrier's decisions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Equal opportunity

Better Today LLC does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

12. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use means you accept the changes.
